We begin our journey in an attempt to uncover and discover the individual known as 'The Jazz Cat'. We have, luckily, so far managed to source out a few bits and pieces of information about this fascinating individual through remnants of his own diaries and literature identified, likley, as having been written by him. this individual in all instances, refers to himself as 'The Jazz Cat', in The only documentation we have obtained relating to him. In a letter we have discovered which is thought to have been written by him, is signed 'TJC'.

We have been able to deduce that he was born in New York in 1887 and was the only son of a prominant banking family; a banking family in fact that worked at the newly established Goldman and Sachs. It seems that he followed his fathers foot steps working at Goldman and Sachs from the age of 21. We also know he had two children. a key moment for us in following the life of The Jazz Cat, is that at the age of 35, it appears he decided to quit his job at the bank and abruptly decided to travel to europe with his family. We believe that something significant must have happened in the jazz cat's life at this point to have prompted such dramatic behaviour. What ever had happened at this point, it prompted him to journey to Europe and beyond. We hope to find out what it was that caused him to make such a dramatic change in the course of his life. But thankfulky he did, as he is our key to uncovering what he uncovered with the ultimate aim, no less, of revolutionising how humanity relates to itself in the quest to find peace and contentment; meaning and purppose.

We can see that he had oher interests too. He seems to have had a passion for Jazz music. He also played the saxaphone and the piano. He also seems to have been a lover of animals, particularly black cats. We have spoken with several people who knew people who heard stories of the Jazz Cat. They report that in his later years, he was always seen with a black cat which followed closely beside him. In one of his letters, he refers to his cat, 'Illiaster'. Perhaps this is the cat that was seen to accompany him.
